| Application Form - TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
1) Fill in the application form legibly after reading the general instruction and rules, terms and conditions.
2) Tuition fee and registration fee should be in the form of Demand Draft in favor of JSS ACADEMY, payable at Dubai. All fees must be remitted in one installment only as per the fee structure. The students are required to preserve carefully a Xerox copy of the Demand Draft for payment made to the academy.
3) Before remitting the prescribed fee, please make sure that you fulfill all eligibility requirements for admission to the program applied for. Those who have failed in qualifying examinations are not to be refunded.
4) Candidates, while submitting the application form, shall send attested mark cards of qualifying examinations, transfer certificates and proof of date of birth certificate. Also enclose two copies of the attested documents along with the filled application.
5) Candidates should send EIGHT copies of stamp size photographs of which one must be affixed to the application form. The other seven copies must be sent in a separate cover. On the back of each of these photographs the candidate must mention his/her name, course name.
6) Admission made to any program is provisional till it is approved by the university.
7) After university approves the admission, only the original marks will be returned.
8) Candidates are advised to take their original marks cards immediately after verification.
9) Identity Card bearing permanent Roll No. will be issued to every student after the admission is finalized.
10) All candidates should send their application form to the under mentioned address by courier. Indicate on the cover the program for which you are applying.
11) No candidate admitted to a degree program in the university shall be permitted to simultaneously any other program leading to a degree in this or any other university.
12) False declaration of age, qualification, etc.... by the candidate will disqualify his/her admission to the university.
13) All legal disputes will come under the courts within the jurisdiction of Mysore-India only.
