How do I apply?: You can apply online, or visit our office in Dubai Knowledge Village, Block 2A, Office F52.
Where should I pay?: Payment should be made at the JSS Education Foundation Office in Dubai Knowledge Village, Block 2A, Office F52. Payment can be made by cash, DD or Cheque, in favor of JSS Academy.
Where do I get a course outline?: The course outline will be provided to you by your professor.
Where am I supposed to attend classes?: Online classes can be taken anywhere, as long as you have a computer and internet connection.
Do I have to buy any textbooks?: There are no books; all the materials are available online.
When and where will my learning take place?: Your learning can take place anytime, anywhere due to the nature of our online programs.
How are exams administered?: Proctored examinations are administered at the JSS Education Foundation testing center. A representative proctors the exam session which is timed. Usually these are the official examinations.
How can I contact my instructor?: Emails and online appointments (voice-chatting or chatting) can be used for private correspondences.

If your queries are related to the learning material, you may also use the discussion forums where you can benefit from your peers' questions and others can take advantage of yours.
How do I submit projects or assignments?: Each professor will let you know the appropriate means to submit your assignment is, according to the task's requirements. Emails or Discussion Forums are models of project or assignment delivery.
To whom should I refer in case I have a problem or a question with a course?: If you have a problem or a question you should refer it to the designated professor or you can send an email to student services.
How soon will I get an answer to my problem/query?: The designated person will get back to you within 24hrs.
Do you require any admission or placement test before the actual enrollment?: There are no placement tests required; however, each program has its own specific eligibility requirements.
How do I know when I should pay my due fees?: Students will receive an official invoice informing them about the payments' dates
Does the program curriculum vary from traditional university's curricula?: All our program curriculums are similar to traditional university's curricula.
